Our client is one of WA’s most respected fit-out and new build contractors, with a long history of delivering high-profile, blue chip commercial projects in the Perth CBD. With a full pipeline of complex new builds and major refurbishments, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project delivery oversight on major commercial builds and high-end fitouts
• Subcontractor engagement, scope definition, program development
• Quality, safety and cost control management
• Financial reporting and forecasting (Cheops, Procore, etc.)
• Strong leadership of site teams and collaboration with internal stakeholders
• High-level client interaction and communication

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years' experience in Project Delivery working in commercial construction across fitout or new build
• Proven track record delivering high-value WA projects ($20M–$50M ideal)
• Strong communication skills, financial acumen and contract knowledge
• Skilled in MS Project, Cheops, Procore or similar systems
• Motivated, collaborative leader ready to step into a broader role
