About the role:

As the CNC Machinist Team Leader, you’ll be overseeing day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring quality output, efficiency, and safety. While you'll be mentoring and coordinating a small team, you’ll also stay hands-on when needed. A solid technical background is key.

What you’ll be doing:

Supervising, training and supporting your team

Managing workflow, setting up machines, and ensuring timely completion of jobs

Operating CNC machines when required

Maintaining a safe, clean and productive work environment

Communicating with management on job progress and priorities

We’re looking for someone with:

Strong CNC Machining experience (lathe and/or milling)

Leadership skills or a strong desire to move into a team-leading role

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A hands-on, proactive attitude

Commitment to quality and safety standards
