The Opportunity: We are seeking motivated and dynamic Rehabilitation Consultants to be part of our journey from the beginning. As a consultant with 365 Rehab, you’ll have the unique opportunity to influence our growth and evolution while helping clients overcome their injuries and return to their pre-injury lives. You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, working closely with stakeholders to create tailored rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of clients from assessment to return-to-work, using VINCI to enhance client outcomes.

Conduct Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, and other key assessments.

Particular focus on Activities of Daily Living Assessments.

Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, employers, insurers, and medical professionals.

Develop SMART goals and rehabilitation strategies to overcome barriers to recovery and employment.

Play an active role in case management, including attending medical case conferences and reporting key findings.
