Are you an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist OR Physiotherapist looking for a unique opportunity to make a real impact? Join a specialist CTP & Workers Compensation Consultant team, supporting claimants in NSW to return to work, function, and life.

What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Manage a caseload of clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents or workplace injuries, delivering tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work services.
✔ Conduct Initial Needs Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments to identify support needs and functional goals.
✔ Complete Workplace Assessments and make environmental modification or ergonomic recommendations to enable safe and sustainable return to work.
✔ Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans that may include graded return-to-work programs, workplace modifications, or community re-engagement strategies.
✔ Liaise closely with treating practitioners, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to coordinate treatment and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
✔ Provide evidence-based recommendations that support early intervention, injury management, and functional restoration.
✔ Build strong relationships with NSW CTP and Workers Compensation insurers - with the opportunity for short-term in-house secondments for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For:
✅ AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in NSW CTP or Workers Compensation
✅ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
✅ Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation planning skills.
✅ Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Current Police Clearance & Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
✅ A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for helping others regain independence.
