Your Role
You’ll be hands-on in a high-performing workshop, specialising in mechanical repairs and welding on heavy mobile equipment. Your trade skills and attention to detail will help drive workshop performance and output.

Day-to-Day, You’ll:

• Carry out mechanical fitting and welding repairs on a variety of heavy equipment
• Refurbish and service key plant components with precision
• Maintain high safety standards and contribute to a proactive team culture
• Complete repair documentation and ensure quality control

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting (essential)
• Strong welding and fabrication capabilities
• Experience working on heavy mobile equipment
• A safety-first mindset and pride in producing high-quality work
• Physical capability for manual tasks and full Australian working rights
