About the role
This is a full-time Refrigeration Service Technician role with Headquarters in Ringwood, VIC. You will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance of commercial kitchen appliances and refrigeration systems for our growing client base. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that plays a critical part in ensuring our clients' commercial kitchens operate efficiently and reliably.

About the role

We require the services of an experienced, reliable, and highly motivated, Refrigeration Technician to join our existing team.

The position responsibilities will involve the servicing, repair and modification of commercial equipment across multiple brands, servicing: Fridges, Freezer's, cake displays, Bain Marie's, Coolrooms Etc.

Ongoing training will be provided on other hospitality equipment.

What you will need:

Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Team Player and willing to learn

Attention to detail

Fault finding skills

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in refrigeration and air conditioning, such as a Certificate III in Engineering - Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning

Extensive hands-on experience as a commercial refrigeration service technician, preferably in the food service industry

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously to identify and resolve issues

Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders

A current driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle

A strong safety-first attitude and commitment to working in compliance with relevant regulations
