Receptionist / Accounts (Full Time)
□ 5 Day Working Roster: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
□ Company based in Condell Park
□ Close to public transport e.g. Bus/Train or On-site parking available.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
•All round office support to work with dedicated team
Pleasant phone manner for reception essential
Data entry of leads, sales, accounts payable and accounts receivable daily
Basic XERO skills helpful. Happy to teach successful candidate if no previous experience
Accuracy of data entry and good spelling required.
Fulltime only Monday- Friday in the office at Condell park
Permanent Residents only
RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:
• Answering & directing all inbound/outbound telephone calls to the suitable departments
• Assisting customers with support over the phone with their inquiries
• Processing customer orders and organizing couriers pick up
• Invoicing customers for all technician service jobs and orders
• Order entry within database for orders and service calls
• phoning customers and confirming payments.
• Accounts payable and receivable
