Penfold Projects is growing, and we’re on the lookout for motivated and experienced team members to join our award-winning landscape construction crew in Brisbane and Ipswich. Whether you're seeking full-time or casual work, we have opportunities available starting from $60,000+ per annum (pro-rata), depending on your experience.
We’re hiring for the following roles:
Leading Hands / Supervisors
Skilled Labourers
Operators
Responsibilities (Supervisors / Leading Hands):
3+ years’ experience in landscape/construction (preferred)
Cert III in Landscape Construction or similar (preferred)
Ability to deliver hard & soft landscape works per plan/specs
Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate team, machinery, materials, and subcontractors
Confident in reading plans, ordering materials, and calculating quantities
Implement Workplace Health & Safety standards, lead toolbox talks, and ensure SWMS compliance
Liaise professionally with builders, clients, and other trades
Proactively identify and address site hazards or safety risks
What You’ll Need:
A valid driver’s licence
Ute or personal vehicle (preferred)
Construction White Card
Experience in landscape construction (highly regarded)
Additional requirements for Operators:
MR Licence (preferred)
RIIMPO320 – Excavator (B, D, or E) – highly regarded
RIIMPO318 – Skid Steer (B, D, or E) – highly regarded
