About The Role:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing a small team on structural landscaping projects across Brisbane’s Northside. This is a hands-on role with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

With support - Lead and coordinate team members on-site

Operate machinery (1.7t excavator & Kanga mini loader)

Communicate with clients and ensure a respectful work environment

Deliver high-quality work across all aspects of structural landscaping

Problem-solve and keep projects running on time and on budget

What We’re Looking For:

4–5 years’ experience in structural landscaping (lead hand/foreman experience ideal)

Strong technical knowledge in:

Retaining walls, fencing, concreting, irrigation, basic plumbing, excavation, tiling, turf prep

Excellent communication and client service skills

Current driver’s licence

Ability to work autonomously and lead a team effectively
