With strong growth and a busy pipeline of projects, they're looking to expand their on-site team.

About the Role
As Site Coordinator, you'll be the vital link between the installation team, builders, and head office. Based on-site, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth project delivery through accurate measurement, coordination, and communication. You'll liaise with estimators and installers to make sure everything runs on time and to plan.

What You Will Do

Coordinate day-to-day activities on commercial fit-out sites

Liaise with builders, estimators, and installation teams

Use a tape measure and level to mark, assess, and measure spaces

Provide regular updates to head office and clients

Identify issues early and assist in problem-solving

Ensure WHS and compliance on-site

What You Will Bring

Practical, hands-on skills - confident using a tape measure and level

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset

Computer literacy - confident entering site notes and reports

White Card and current Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Previous experience in construction, trades, or furniture installation a bonus
