• Monitor compliance with AFSL regulations
• Update and implement compliance procedures
• Oversee audits and review adviser advice files
• Deliver compliance training and coaching
• Ensure adviser CPD and documentation standards

Skills & Experience

• Proven compliance background in financial services
• Experience in coaching and training financial advisers
• Strong knowledge of AFSL and advice regulations
• Skilled in Xplan and financial planning platforms
• Effective communicator with leadership skills
