About the role

Papillo Civil is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Direk SA 5110. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies & ITP's.

Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior management

Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Collaborate with clients and design teams to translate project requirements into practical solutions

Manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate financial records

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations

Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Excel

Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional project teams

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
