Compliance and Risk Manager

The Role

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance and risk management across the advisory business. Your expertise in regulatory standards and risk frameworks will help ensure best practices while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain risk management policies

Quality checking of SOA's

Monitor regulatory changes and lead compliance adjustments

Oversee audits, risk assessments, and incident management

Provide training and support on compliance matters across teams

Lead Compliance and Risk Committees, engaging key stakeholders

Work closely with financial advisers to enhance technical compliance

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in compliance and risk management within financial services

Strong knowledge of financial planning regulations and technical compliance

Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to manage workflows and drive compliance improvements

Experience with financial planning software and regulatory frameworks
