What You’ll Do

As a Mortgage Broking Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting serviceability assessments.

Managing loan lodgments and the application process.

Liaising with lenders throughout the assessment process.

Communicating with clients and banks daily.

Overseeing settlement duties.

Performing credit checks and valuations.

Assessing documentation.

Signing a non-compete agreement upon employment.

What to Expect

Managing 2–3 new files per week.

Providing exceptional communication to clients and lenders daily.
