Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up

Assist with financial assessments and tailored lending strategies aligned with clients’ needs and goals

Research available loan solutions to meet client’s requirements and needs according to the specific financial situation of clients.

Attend to First Home Owner Grant (FHOG), progress payments and cash rebate requests

Drive and manage the end-to-end loan application process to ensure smooth and timely approvals

Monitor and follow up with clients regularly to review their financial position and offer ongoing refinancing or investment opportunities

Collaborate with lenders and client’s solicitors to achieve on-time settlements

What We’re Looking For:

Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or higher) is preferred

Membership with MFAA or FBAA is preferred

Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) is highly desirable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of loan products and industry specific compliance requirements is advantageous.
