About the Role
Due to strong growth, we’re looking for a Permanent Full-Time Broker Assistant to join our team in the Adelaide CBD. This role offers a solid opportunity to build your career in the finance industry, with plenty of on-the-job training and exposure to real-world lending outcomes.

You’ll work closely with our brokers and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, supporting clients and maintaining efficient communication with lenders and third-party professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with clients to gather necessary documentation and information to support loan applications

Manage communication with lenders to ensure timely progression of loan applications and variations

Engage with third parties such as solicitors, accountants, real estate agents and financial advisers to coordinate the loan process

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems

Assist with general office administration and operational tasks, potential marketing

Prepare post-settlement audits and documentation for compliance purposes

Skills & Experience

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

Desirable: Experience using the LMG myCRM platform
