FrostBoss Australia is a leading provider of Frost Fans, offering comprehensive sales, installation, and servicing solutions across the viticulture and horticulture sectors. We are the only company in Australia solely dedicated to frost fan sales, servicing, and repairs, supported by a nationwide service and support network.

We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and self-driven Service Technician to join our team at the Mildura depot.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance and repairs on frost fans and associated equipment.

Coordinate and schedule service work with customers and contractors.

Complete required documentation and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Travel to various locations as required, including occasional overnight and weekend work.

Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience with diesel engines.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, particularly regarding equipment safety and functionality.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confidence in completing paperwork and maintaining accurate records.

The ability to work independently and unsupervised.

A proactive, can-do attitude.

Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors and at heights.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Competency in computer applications.

Desirable Qualifications (not essential but advantageous):

Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence.

Forklift licence.

Elevated Work Platform (EWP) licence.

This role is based in Mildura, with a service territory that extends beyond the local area. Seasonal travel and weekend work may be required. Full training on all machinery and equipment will be provided.
