About the role

Ayers Rock Automotive is seeking skilled Automotive Technician to join our team in Yulara, Northern Territory. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a remote location, housing provided as part of the employment package. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles, ensuring our clients' transportation needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose, repair and service a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks and heavy machinery

Perform scheduled maintenance, such as oil changes, tyre rotations and brake inspections

Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical and electronic issues

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow

Maintain accurate records of all work completed

Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably in a similar remote or regional setting

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and components

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A current driver's licence and willingness to relocate to Yulara, NT
