We are seeking a Mid-Weight Project Manager with 3+ years of agency experience to oversee the delivery of brand, digital and content projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to brief, while maintaining clear communication across internal teams and clients.

We're on the lookout for a dynamic Mid-Weight Account Executive with over 3 years of agency experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building client relationships, managing projects efficiently and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project workflows from scoping through to delivery.

Develop and maintain timelines, resourcing schedules and budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams including creative, strategy, and account service.

Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or blockers.

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure clarity of scope and deliverables.

Support account teams with reporting, scheduling and resourcing as needed.

Key Skills and Competencies

Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative, brand or digital agency.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and time management.

Experience managing many concurrent projects.

Familiarity with project management platforms (Streamtime, Pipedrive preferable)

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
