We're looking for a talented Creative Video Editor to collaborate with us on a contract, per-project basis. You’ll take stunning, unscripted footage and shape it into cohesive, stylised, emotionally resonant films that reflect our unique approach to wedding storytelling.

Responsibilities

Edit cinematic highlight films and long-form cuts with strong narrative structure (1 Minute Highlight and 4-6 Minute Feature Film)

Craft stylised edits using LUTs, overlays, textures, and atmospheric elements

Perform polished colour grading in DaVinci Resolve

Collaborate remotely via DaVinci Resolve Cloud

Incorporate music and sound design to create emotional arcs and storytelling depth

Maintain clean workflows and structured file management

What We're Looking For

Background in documentary, branded, or story-driven editing (wedding experience not required)

Proficient in DaVinci Resolve + Resolve Cloud workflows

Strong colour grading skills and a great eye for tone and mood

Owns professional editing equipment

Understands the emotional power of pacing, sound, and subtlety

Detail-oriented with disciplined project organisation and communication

Bonus Points For

Experience with lifestyle or cinematic content

Basic sound mixing or motion graphics

A genuine love for storytelling and working with real human connection
