Are you a confident, chatty person who loves connecting with people? Are you based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and looking for a casual, work-from-home gig with great hourly pay and bonuses? We want to hear from you!

We're a local, friendly real estate agency looking for someone to help us reach out to the community via phone — discovering who's planning to sell in the near future. You'll be making a mix of cold and warm calls using our CRM, which dials out and tracks your calls via the internet.

What you'll be doing:
- Calling Sunshine Coast locals to uncover potential sellers
- Building rapport and long-term relationships
- Using our online CRM for calls and notes
- Following scripts and hitting call KPIs

Representing the business owner directly in a fun, relaxed environment

What you’ll need:
- A quiet space to work from home
- A computer, headset, and fast internet
- Must be based on the Sunshine Coast
- Confidence on the phone and a love for conversation
- Willingness to learn and be goal-oriented
