Company Overview
With a legacy of delivering style and quality to Australian shoppers, our well known and respected client is expanding their concession presence and seeking a strategic Regional Manager to drive performance and brand impact across NSW and VIC. You'll be working within a high-performing retail group, known for their investment in leadership and people-first culture.
Role Overview
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the operations of 10 concession stores and lead a team of Concession Managers. Reporting to the Head of Retail, you'll take charge of driving regional performance, exceeding profitability and customer experience KPIs, and supporting the successful integration of the brands into a new retail channel.
You'll be hands-on in guiding teams, optimising store operations, and executing strategies that deliver real commercial impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive revenue growth and brand performance across your portfolio
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 Concession Managers
- Implement commercial strategies to meet KPIs (ATV, UPT, ranking, customer acquisition)
- Foster a best-in-class customer experience and strong visual merchandising standards
- Manage rosters, budgets, and compliance audits with a strategic eye
- Partner with department store stakeholders to maximise promotional opportunities
About You
You're a results-driven retail professional with extensive multi-store experience and a passion for brand elevation. You know how to work across departments and states, and can quickly gain trust from both your internal teams and external partners.
To succeed, you'll bring:
- Experience in a senior multi-site retail leadership role
- Concession experience and a strong understanding of department store dynamics
- Demonstrated success managing diverse teams across multiple locations
- Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership
- Excellent people management, coaching, and performance leadership skills
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with a strategic mindset
