About the Opportunity:

As a Logistics Assistant, you will be part of a specialised team responsible for coordinating and processing surgical loan kits. You’ll gain hands-on experience in medical logistics, quality control, and inventory systems. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch or grow a career in logistics and supply chain within the healthcare sector.

Duties:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch medical device loan kits to hospitals
• Receive and inspect returned kits, ensuring all components are complete and clean
• Track inventory using internal systems
• Prepare kits according to surgical schedules and urgent hospital needs
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and hospital stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in medical warehousing, loan kits, or healthcare logistics is highly advantageous
• Biomedical science graduates or candidates from supply chain backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Computer literate with good attention to detail
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to work shifts (between 8:00am–6:00pm)
• Must be adaptable, motivated, and ready to learn
