About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a valid forklift license, solid freight handling knowledge, and a strong work ethic. This hands-on role supports our logistics operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload freight using a forklift and other equipment as required
• Prepare, pack, and label goods for dispatch
• Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries, including checking and verifying stock
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Coordinate with internal teams and external carriers for timely shipment and delivery
• Update inventory records and track stock movements
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies
• Proactively identify and report potential issues or improvements in the logistics process

Requirements:
• Valid forklift license (essential)
• Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or freight handling role
• Strong knowledge of freight processes, including packaging and dispatch
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude

Desirable:
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
