About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated signage production professional to join our high-performing team. This role suits someone with hands-on experience in digital print production and signage assembly, with a strong understanding of workflow, quality control, and attention to detail.

You'll be involved in the end-to-end production of signage across multiple formats, with a particular focus on road signage, vehicle graphics, and large-format printing.

Key Responsibilities

Operate HP Latex printers

Use iEcho flatbed cutter

Apply vinyl and laminate graphics to various substrates

Assemble and finish flat panel and road signage to Australian Standards

Assist with general workshop production tasks and equipment upkeep

Follow quality and safety procedures in an ISO-certified environment

Support installation team as required

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in signage production and print workflows

Competency with large-format print equipment (HP Latex preferred)

Skilled in vinyl application, laminating, and sign assembly

Ability to follow job specs and meet tight deadlines

Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety conscious

A team player with good communication skills

Current driver's licence
