We’re on the hunt for a winner, proactive, solution-focused recruiter with a great attitude to join our high-energy team at Infinity Potential. We want someone to take control behind the scenes and help be the glue that keeps our sales machine moving.

What You’ll Actually Do:

This role is office-based with the best views in Sydney.

Recruitment & Onboarding (Your bread & butter)

* Help us find A-players for smashing sales. Post adverts, book, confirm, and host interviews with several candidates a day

* Track candidates from interview to onboarding (and offboarding).

* Keep team dashboards and trackers up to date.

* Meet KPI’s in a fast-paced recruitment role

* ⁠help with personal assistance to manage other businesses’ & research about market trends

Daily Admin Operations:

* Housekeeping and sales tracking, submitting and managing payroll with external parties

* Road trip planning: Ensure team travel, locations, and accommodations are arranged.

Vibe Maintenance:

* Celebrate wins with the team and share feedback

* Keep comms tight – Slack, emails, and updates

* Be the glue for the sales teams, providing high energy, positivity, and a warm welcome on training days
