An outstanding opportunity exists to join our Chatswood Renault, Nissan and LDV Service Centre as a Parts Interpreter. We are wanting to change the car buying and servicing experience for our customers by providing amazing customer service using technical experts who love cars.

In addition to providing exceptional customer service, your main responsibility will be to identify, source, and supply the correct automotive parts efficiently and accurately.

What the role involves:

Respond to parts sales and enquiries

Liaise with technicians, suppliers and customers to ensure their part needs are met

Placement and management of parts orders

Quoting parts to internal and external customers

Pack goods for dispatch

Support stock control and inventory management

Preparing job cards for the Service Department

Skills and experience

At least 2 years' experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter, working on brands such as Renault, Nissan or LDV

Experience with ERA/Pentana (preferred)

Mechanical knowledge is desirable

A team player with a proactive and positive attitude

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong work ethic

NSW drivers licence
