We Are looking for a permanent full-time store parts coordinator for an immediate start, to join their friendly team in our establishment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Support to retail & trade customer network via email and telephone

Handle requests regarding parts ETA’s, backorder enquiries etc.

Parts interpretation

Processing of local invoices

Processing & assisting with credits

Further administrative support for Parts & Accessories team as required.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You have a keen eye for the finer details, ensuring accuracy in everything you do

Your above-average written and verbal communication skills make you a standout team player

Basic Computer Skills

Warehouse Experience - Picking/Packing

Exceptional customer service skills

The ability to work autonomously

Strong relationship building skills with both customers and colleagues

Good communication skills and professional presentation

The ability to work as part of a team of professionals

Outstanding time management skills
