Key Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end technical components of project solutions by collaborating with internal stakeholders across system architecture, cybersecurity, and broader technology delivery functions.

Ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards, including the execution and documentation of Cyber Security Assessments, Penetration Testing, and Go/No-Go gate requirements.

Apply DevOps principles to enhance quality and reliability across the solution lifecycle, including streamlined release processes and implementation of automated regression testing frameworks.

Manage project delivery using standard Project Management tools, overseeing schedules, risks, issues, and key decision points throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, drawing upon deep ICT delivery expertise to drive innovation and uplift delivery practices across the team.

Selection Criteria

• Proven experience of greater than 10 years in establishing and managing the delivery of technical ICT system delivery projects, including mobile applications.
• Recent experience in, and strong knowledge of, contemporary project management and governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in Project Management in Federal or State Government environments.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications; and an industry recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management or SAFe Agile.
