  We're seeking a skilled Part-Time Payroll Officer to join a vibrant entertainment business, managing a large casual payroll while enjoying a fantastic team culture and a genuine work-life balance.

  Our client is a prominent name in the Entertainment industry, operating multiple well-known venues across Sydney and NSW. They are now looking for a dedicated Payroll Officer to become a key part of their dynamic team, based in the heart of Surry Hills.

  THE ROLE
  
• Processing end-to-end payroll for a large casual workforce on a weekly basis
• Onboarding new starters and calculating terminations
• Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
• Interpreting a variety of Government Awards and EBAs
• Preparing and reconciling superannuation, payment summaries, and other payroll functions
• Managing the payroll inbox and resolving payroll queries
• Providing backup support to the team when needed
  
  THE PERSON
  
• Experienced in full-function payroll, ideally with Preceda exposure
• Confident interpreting multiple Awards and EBAs
• Detail-oriented with strong Excel capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player who can also work independently
• Must hold full working rights (this is a permanent opportunity)
