To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Architect (interior focused) or Interior Designer
• Business minded, with a client and results focused mindset/approach
• Strong client management experience
• Design gun with serious talent, strong portfolio and design sensibility
• An eye for materiality and creativity
• Technically competent, Revit proficient
• Exceptional communication skills, presence and energy
• Confident and proactive, who runs toward a challenge

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Strategic planning, and creative ideation in line with Client brief
• Plan, develop, and execute concept design
• Produce quality drawing and documentation packages in Revit
• Space planning and selection of materials and FF&E
• Design development and design of custom joinery
• Documentation and detailing in line with design intent
• Coordination of suppliers, trades, and consultants
• Overseeing site activities and installation
• Collaborating with a tight-knit team in design workshops

This is a full-time, permanent, career making role for an emerging, superstar designer. Salary expectations in the range of $85,000 - $90,000 plus Superannuation.
