The Role

We are currently recruiting for Educators (Cert 3 and Diploma qualified/nearing completion), a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and a Diploma/Bachelor qualified Educational Leader to join our team.

Required Skills & Experience

Able to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment

Able to form genuine relationships with children, parents and team members

Fantastic communication skills and the ability to work as a team

Excellent time management and organisation skills

Good working knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG, MTOP & NQS/NQF

Previous experience in an early childhood setting

Able to plan and implement a quality early learning program

Ability to document children’s individual learning

Able to critically reflect and strive for continuous improvement

Essential Criteria

ACECQA approved qualification or equivalent - experienced candidates who are studying will be considered

Current Blue Card / Exemption card depending on role applying for.

ACECQA approved First Aid & CPR qualification or willing to obtain

Child Protection Certificate (or willing to complete online training)

Food Handling Certificate (or willing to complete online training)

Able to bring enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism, motivation and reliability to the role.
