About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of La Casa Del Habano—offering exceptional service, product knowledge, and an atmosphere that reflects the luxury, prestige, and rich tradition of cigar culture. Whether guiding aficionados or welcoming newcomers, your mission is to create an unforgettable in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with expert product advice and personalized recommendations

Maintain an in depth knowledge of our cigar range and accessories

Ensure store presentation and cleanliness reflect luxury brand standards

Handle transactions accurately and efficiently

Contribute to a welcoming and sophisticated environment

Support inventory, stocktakes, and merchandising

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service focus

Proven experience in high-end retail or hospitality

Professional presentation and strong attention to detail

Availability to work across weekdays, weekends, and holidays
