About the role
Lead cmr’s Permanent Nursing division through an exciting chapter of growth and evolution. As the current leader steps into parental leave, you’ll take the reins of a high-performing team, strengthen client partnerships, and help set the pace for cmr’s proactive and strategic approach to permanent healthcare recruitment. This role will be hired on a permanent, ongoing basis due to growth plans.

• Drive strategic growth across nursing specialties nationwide
• Coach a team of experienced and newer consultants to hit quality KPIs
• Partner with clients to solve workforce challenges, not just fill jobs

• Experienced in agency recruitment leadership
• Proven ability to lead with purpose and drive high performance
• Strong commercial acumen and solution mindset
• Committed to customer care and long-term client growth
• Understand the real impact of every placement, driven by quality and customer service
