About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Building Services Supervisor to oversee operational works, defect rectification, and technical service delivery across both vacant and tenanted properties. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage service delivery partners while ensuring compliance with OH&S, quality standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise planned, quoted, and defect works, ensuring quality and compliance with technical specifications
Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of scheduled tasks
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain safety and quality standards
Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and close-out of corrective actions
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
Monitor and assess service delivery partner performance and adherence to OH&S requirements
Promote and implement Zero Harm and quality initiatives within operational areas
Skills and Experience Required
Relevant Trade License or equivalent practical experience
Registered Building Practitioner under the Building Services (Registration) Act 2011 (WA)
Proven experience supervising maintenance or construction works
Strong understanding of OH&S, quality control, and compliance procedures
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and deadlines
High-level communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and leadership by example
