Mr Scaffold Hire is a scaffolding hire service providing scaffold and labour concentrating on plant shutdown, maritime and confined space access scenarios. We are currently seeking an experienced, confident and results-driven professional who understands the importance of guiding projects from tender to completion phase.

With no two days the same, you will be responsible for the following;

Tender Management (Site Inspection, Scaffold Design, Pricing, Job Coordination)

Safety (Risk Assessments, Incident Reporting)

Team Coordination (Job Communication, Handover, Problem Solving, Enquiry Management)

Administration (Job Preparation, Email Management, Daily Reporting, Financial Reporting)

Minimum one year drawing experience (CAD or iScaf Software)

Minimum three years estimating or supervisory experience within the scaffolding space

Scaffold High Risk Licence, White Card, Confined Space Ticket, & Working at Heights Ticket

Exceptional communication, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work with a wide range of people and maintain a great outlook through challenging times

Possess a clean driving record, ability to obtain national security clearances (must have a clear criminal record) and pass a medical (including daily alcohol testing)

This position will be Henderson WA based, however, as we are a national company, there will be a small element of FIFO (working interstate). That said, the initial training will also be in NSW for three weeks.
