The Opportunity
A career opportunity is available for a Service Supervisor at our Port Hedland Branch.
Further your career and develop your leadership ability with Komatsu.
In this branch-based role, you will coordinate, manage, and schedule all field service and workshop activities.
This includes co-ordination and supervision of technicians, parts, contractors, and all other relevant parties involved in each job.
As the central point of contact for the Port Hedland Service department, you will need strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
Roster: 8 days on / 6 Days off - 7 AM to 5 PM
FIFO ex Perth or residential options
Location: Port Hedland, WA
Earnings: From $175,000 + super + vehicle
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in revenue recognition, warranty management, and WIP reporting is essential. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial tracking, cost forecasting, and reconciliation of ongoing work.
- Motivated, customer-focused supervisor with proven leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team of 15+ fitters effectively
- Customer-focused and proactive in supporting our customers with examples of conflict resolution
- Ability to analyse workplace risk and implement necessary changes promptly
- Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated computer skills and able to use a variety of programs
- Heavy-duty trade certificate or equivalent experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the Komatsu brand whilst building engagement with customers, employees, vendors, and suppliers
- Able to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Valid Driver's license
