Job Description
This is a permanent, part-time Service Leader role offering 30 hours per week, with split shifts in the mornings and afternoons, Monday to Friday with an immediate start. You’ll have the incredible opportunity to lead with heart, providing prioritised support for children and their families, while being backed by an amazing team. You will be responsible for:

Leading and supporting a team of dedicated educators.

Building strong relationships with families and the school community.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of before and after school care & vacation care.

Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.

A fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for children.

Service Location: Alexandria Park Community School OOSH (located in Sydney's Inner West)

What we’re looking for:
You’re a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:
✔ Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus!).
✔ A Certificate III (or higher) in Children’s Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
✔ A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
✔ A commitment to putting children and families first.
✔ A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
