To be successful:

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects, particularly in earthworks and drainage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive productivity and safety.
• Sound understanding of ground improvement techniques, soil stabilisation (Highley Regarded)
• White Card and Supervisory-level safety training (additional tickets are a plus).

Our client is a leading civil contractor with a proven track record in delivering technically challenging earthworks, drainage, and remediation projects across Queensland.
We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join the team, starting on an 8–10 week FIFO earthworks and soil stabilisation project in regional QLD. After this, the successful candidate will transition into a pipeline of South East Queensland-based projects, offering long-term stability.
