The Opportunity

We’re growing fast and looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our Customer Delivery team in Hawthorn.

You’ll be the key link between Quest and our customers across industries like:

Retail

Hospitality

Fuel

Government

Banking

Charities

Self-service & vending

What You’ll Do

Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers

Understand our customers' business and payment needs

Proactively suggest solutions to improve customers' operations

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on customer goals

Handle escalations and resolve issues with confidence

Be the voice of the customer within Quest

What You Bring

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability

Experience in account management or customer-facing roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

CRM experience is a plus
