What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing all operational aspects of a busy retirement village
• Building strong relationships with residents and leading a positive community culture
• Driving occupancy through effective sales and enquiry management
• Taking ownership of budgeting, reporting, and compliance
• Overseeing property presentation, maintenance works, and reinstatements
• Leading resident events, committees and engagement initiatives
