The Role:

• Manage a small team of Property Managers
• Oversee the rent roll
• Implement processes and procedures as required
• Manage a small portfolio of properties (in-office duties only!)

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader/Head of Department
• Ability to provide high-end customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
