Managing a happy, independent lifestyle village with 50 residential units, your leadership skills will be well utilised in the day to day tasks, planning and budgeting and sales aspects within this role. We are looking for somebody with maturity and empathy to live on site, where the successful applicant will be provided with a spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Heritage Gardens has a close knit community, so your ability to liaise with residents and family is crucial. The role also includes managing the body corporate requirements, organising trades people for village maintenance and coordinating community activities. Familiarity with Microsoft products including email and spreadsheets is essential. The sales aspect of this role is important, so individuals with a background in real estate or property management would be particularly suitable. An attractive commission is paid on leased unit sales, significantly enhancing the salary package. Preference will be given to applicants with experience, however, if you have a good work history and a positive attitude your application will be welcomed.
