Role Details

• Location: Brisbane CBD – easy access to public transport
• Start Date: July 2025
• Contract: 3 months, with possibility for extension or permanent role
• Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts between 8am–8pm Monday–Friday and Saturdays 8am–5pm
• Pay: $33.96 per hour + super, paid weekly
• Overtime: Available during holiday periods at premium rates

• Handling inbound customer inquiries with care and professionalism
• Providing clear, friendly policy advice and travel insurance quotes
• Processing payments and updating customer details accurately
• Navigating multiple systems to keep information up-to-date
• Logging every interaction to maintain excellent service standards
