What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and clients. Your day-to-day will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Managing communications: Handling incoming emails and phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Sales and invoicing support: Assisting with invoicing and various sales processes.
• Client interaction: Addressing all customer and client inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with a friendly and helpful approach.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
