Ray White Ascot are seeking a driven, personable Property Manager to help us continue delivering five-star service across one of Brisbane's most prestigious rental portfolios.

While our sales business has been a staple in the area for over 20 years, our property management division was established in 2022 and has grown rapidly. Today, we manage some of Brisbane’s most prestigious homes and continue to attract discerning landlords who value a relationship-driven approach.

About the Role:

This is your chance to manage a boutique portfolio across Ascot and surrounding suburbs. You'll be backed by a supportive team, cutting-edge technology, and an established reputation that attracts premium landlords who value professionalism and long-term relationships.

With the assistance of an experienced team and platforms like Ailo - you'll have the tools and support to focus on what really matters - exceptional service and client care.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Complete entry reports, exit reports and routine inspections

Liaising with tradespeople and organsing maintenance efficiently

What We're Looking For:

A customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Previous experience with Ailo or a willingness to learn would be preferrable

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
