The Role
As Marketing Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, improving conversion performance, and delivering smart, data-led campaigns across digital channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and optimising performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, SMS, email, and remarketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
- Monitoring and adjusting lead aggregator settings in real time to reduce acquisition costs and improve conversion from application to loan.
- Using data and analytics to track funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and implement targeted improvements.
- Designing and executing A/B tests on landing pages, creative assets, and messaging to continually enhance results.
- Developing and automating lifecycle marketing journeys to nurture leads, re-engage customers, and drive repeat lending activity.
- Exploring new strategies to engage customer segments using behavioural insights and payday cycle data to optimise outreach.
- Managing and growing relationships with lead aggregators, affiliates, and potential partners, including direct-to-lender lead opportunities.
This is a hands-on, highly commercial role focused on performance marketing and lifecycle engagement, from fine-tuning lead generation settings to uncovering new customer segments and optimising retention campaigns. You'll lead end-to-end initiatives with the freedom to test, measure, and improve quickly, working closely with founders, operations, and product teams.
We're looking for someone who's confident using data to make decisions, curious about new growth levers, and comfortable switching between strategy and day-to-day campaign execution.
