About the role

Pebble Beach Medical Centre is seeking dedicated Practice Nurse to join our growing team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the provision of high-quality healthcare to our patients. This is a full-time position based in Sandstone Point, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Providing nursing care and support to patients, including administering vaccinations, dressing wounds, and conducting health assessments.

Assisting doctors with minor procedures

Coordinating patient appointments and managing patient records

Participating in the development and implementation of patient care plans

Promoting health and wellness through patient education and preventative care

Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked clinical environment

Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

What we're looking for

Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a current AHPRA registration

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a general medical or surgical nursing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Commitment to patient-centred care and a focus on quality improvement

Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in the use of medical software and technology
