About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our growing general practice team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about primary healthcare, who thrives in a collaborative environment and values patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive nursing care in a general practice setting

Assisting with chronic disease management and health assessments

Performing immunisations, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, and pathology collection

Supporting GPs with procedures and treatment room tasks

Managing recalls, reminders, and preventative health initiatives

Ensuring accurate clinical documentation and adherence to infection control standards

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in General Practice or Primary Health Care (preferred)

Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Familiarity with Best Practice or similar software (preferred but not essential)

A passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care
