About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our close-knit team. This role is vital in supporting our GPs and delivering high-quality clinical care in a setting that values collaboration, integrity, and kindness.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer adult immunisations

Coordinate and deliver chronic disease management plans and health assessments

Assist GPs with clinical procedures (e.g. wound care, ECGs, Spirometry, iron infusions, Implanon and Mirena insertions)

Maintain treatment and consultation rooms, manage inventory and equipment

Sterilise equipment and ensure infection control standards

Handle administrative duties including recalls, reminders, and documentation

Support practice accreditation and quality improvement initiatives

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Prior experience in general practice (highly regarded)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sound clinical skills in wound care, immunisations, care planning, and assessments

Experience in iron infusions and IUD support is desirable (but not essential)

Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Best Practice software is advantageous

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Passion for health promotion and education
